Shipping & Policies


SHIPPING POLICY AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
We only ship to an Australian address. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 days for processing and dispatch. Processing times could be longer when a sale is running or due to lockdown areas due to Covid-19. Express Post orders are treated as priority!

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to pick up from your local post office or the item is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

The time it will take for your purchase to reach you will vary, depending on your address.

Cleanse and Renew does not take responsibility for goods once they leave our premises. We use Australia Post or couriers for our shipping and provide tracking numbers for every order. We will be happy to assist in tracking your parcel from our end with Australia Post or the courier service, but we have no control over how long the order will take to arrive.
If you have chosen not to give authority to leave the parcel, it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel via the link we email in the Shipping Confirmation. If the parcel is attempted to be delivered and no one is there to sign, it is the customers responsibility to arrange redelivery. Couriers are meant to leave cards, but they can go missing - by tracking the shipment online you can see that an attempt has been made.
If you do not answer the question about Authority to leave at checkout, the parcel will sent WITH authority to leave. Couriers and Australia Post do try to leave your parcels in a safe place, but the responsibility lies with the customer to track the parcel.
Cleanse and Renew endeavours to update stock availability on the website regularly, however in the event that an item is out of stock we will contact you  with an alternative. If that option is not available, we will provide a refund.

Note, we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact us at cleanseandrenew@outlook.com if you have any problems with your order.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
At Cleanse and Renew we pride on sending out our products in perfect condition.
If your order is damaged during transit, we ask you to please email your receipt and images of the damaged product/s to cleanseandrenew@outlook.com, we can then assess the damage and will notify you via email of the next step. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement of the same or similar product. 

INCORRECT GOODS 

If your order should arrive and is different to the goods ordered please send a photo so we can organise a replacement or refund. In instances such as this all shipping costs will be covered by us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Cleanse and Renew will not use your information other than to contact you about your order OR for promotional material. You can opt out of promotional material at any time, simply by choosing unsubscribe from the email. You are responsible for the personal information that is entered on the website, if any of that information is incorrect, please contact Cleanse and Renew at cleanseandrenew@outlook.com. Cleanse and Renew will not sell or use your information for any other purpose than mentioned above. 

PRIVACY POLICY

All information provided to Cleanse And Renew is confidential. All your personal details will not be used in an unauthorised manner and will never be provided to outside parties other than Australia Post or a courier for delivery of your goods. Our website does not retain specific payment information, only you have access to this at the time of purchase

PRICE

All prices on the website include GST (Goods and Services Tax). We reserve the right to change these prices at any time, however once you place your order – that price is fixed (unless we have made an error on the website, in which case we will give you the opportunity to refund the order). Although Cleanse and Renew does not accept responsibility for incorrect orders or selections made by you, please contact us immediately if you happen to make an incorrect order. We are happy to discuss a change, if we have not already made and shipped your products.

LIABILITY & PRODUCT USE

Cleanse and Renew candles have a warning label and candle care instructions on the bottom of the candle jar. Please also refer to our product care page on this website. They provide you with safety and care guidelines. Cleanse and Renew are not responsible for the way you use our products or any loss or damage they may cause. Cleanse and Renew test all our products stringently and in varying environments. However, we cannot test for everything and cannot guarantee performance and accuracy in every instance. All time frames provided for our products are from our own testing, however these may vary in other environments or use outside of our guidelines.
