WHAT IS AN INTENTION CANDLE?
Intention Candle is a scented candle containing a rough or tumbled crystal or crystal fragments.
Intention Candles are often presented to individual people at important moments in their life by loved ones. It's essential the gift is unique, and when you see crystals in a candle, there is often more in the gift than meets the eye.
Each crystal has unique properties and energies to heal different aspects of our life.
HOW DO I SET MY INTENTION?
Light your candle and stare at the flame, sending your intention into the light. When ready, close your candle ritual with words of gratitude and positive affirmation. Recognize by giving thanks to what's already in motion.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?
Yes, we hand pour our candles with premium soy/coconut blend wax and mix our premium bath soaks all in Melbourne, Australia!
ARE YOUR SOY CANDLES COMPLETELY NATURAL?
Our white candles are made from all Soy based products and we use wicks made out of all natural fibres and completely lead free and Australian Made.
Fragrances used in all our products are mostly synthetic, as are most candle fragrances, and can be classed as vegan friendly. They contain no petrochemicals, phthalates or parabens and are non toxic. None of the fragrances are tested on animals.
CAN I REUSE MY JAR?
Our soy wax is soft enough you can wipe and clean your candle jar after the candle has run out. However we do advise that due to the heat the structure of the glass can be affected and we recommend using the jar with discretion. For example: you could repurpose your jar as a place to put your crystals when not in use.
HOW LONG SHOULD MY CANDLE LAST?
Our candles burn time is approximately 45 to 50 hours depending on the candle care practices implemented.
IS IT NORMAL FOR MY CANDLE TO SWEAT?
Don't be alarmed if your candle appears to sweat in the warmer months this is completely normal with the type of wax we use and does not in any way effect the quality of the candle.
WHY IS MY CRYSTAL SIZE AND COLOUR DIFFERENT TO THE OTHERS I’VE ORDERED?
The crystals we used are natural occurring crystals therefore each crystal is unique in size and colour.
THE WAX COLOUR IN MY CANDLES IS DIFFERENT TO MY OTHERS.
Different fragrances can make the wax colour vary for each candle, there is nothing wrong with the candle and doesn’t affect the candle use in any way.
THE FRAGRANCE I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK WHAT DO I DO?
Sorry about that, if you fill out the contact form in the Contact Us page we will happily take note and let you know when it is back in stock. We are constantly restocking our products so the fragrance you're after should be back in stock in no time.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?
Orders are usually sent within 3 days, however for Candles & Clamshell Melts which are made to order, turnaround time is usually around 7-9 days before dispatch. All our products are hand made and candles in particular require curing time, however if you require something urgently, please let us know.
WHERE DOES CLEANSE AND RENEW SHIP TO?
Currently we only ship within Australia. If you are wanting international shipping please let us know so we can maybe add it in the future.
I HAVEN’T GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER YET.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us.
